I've been a part of the Workplace Learning and Performance world for nearly 25 years and have worked in both corporate and the consulting side. I've always found my work to be stimulating, unique, and ever changing. So it makes sense that having a blog to share my experiences would be a logical step in my career progression. Currently, I'm working as consultant with my own practice. I provide customized approaches to organizations who are looking to develop and enhance job skills that are critical to workplace needs. As a consultant, I manage instructional design projects, assist with performance improvement strategies, and facilitate workshops on a variety of topics. The purpose of this blog is to share my experiences, ideas, and observations with others in this field. I invite you to stop back often and read and post your reactions to what I write. Great learning can take place as people share with each other.

Karen,
Thanks for the heads-up on your blog. I’ll drop in periodically to see how this works.
Karen,
I love it. I think if we provide links for our members they will have an opportuntiy to participate in bringing their collective wisdom to the chapter and support the mission of the chapter.
Thanks for sharing your blog. I will tune in and just see how this works. I’ve not considered it for myself but you’ve given me some food for thought.
Theresa
